Together we will explore the challenges that may be holding you back and blocking your progress toward leading a happier, more fulfilled life. While working together, we will explore the effects of thoughts, beliefs, physical health, past experience, and the environment on a person’s mental well-being. I use the most recent researched methods and draw from various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavior, person-centered, trauma focused, solution-focused, and strengths-based methods.
