Appointments
Hours available by appointment, Monday through Thursday, 3pm to 8pm.
Rates
Initial consultation for individuals and couples: $225 (90 minute session)
Individual and couples ongoing psychotherapy: $175 per hour
Insurance
I accept Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Blue Card and Medicare.
If I don't accept your insurance, my services may be reimbursable in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment. Credit cards users will incur a small convenience fee. Please use check or cash when possible to avoid this fee.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are made and held specifically for you. 24-hour cancellation is required. The full fee is charged in the case of failed appointments except in the case of emergencies.
